10. SMS Communications & Mobile Information
EasySalon, a product of AIKoders LLC, sends SMS text messages to users who explicitly opt in by providing their mobile phone number and checking a consent checkbox during registration or appointment booking on registration-dev.easysalon.us, registration.easysalon.us, or any EasySalon-powered site.
Types of messages we send:
• Account verification one-time passcodes (OTP) • Appointment confirmations • Appointment reminders • Rescheduling updates • Cancellation notices • Customer support replies
Message frequency: Varies based on your appointment activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. EasySalon does not charge for SMS, but your wireless carrier may.
Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

No third-party sharing. No mobile information collected through EasySalon will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to phone numbers, opt-in status, message content, and message metadata. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the SMS message types disclosed above and are processed by our SMS infrastructure provider (Twilio) under their data processing terms.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use EasySalon without providing your phone number or opting in to SMS, though some features (such as automatic reminders and OTP verification) require it.
Records. We maintain records of your SMS opt-in consent (timestamp, IP address, and the consent text you agreed to) and your opt-out preferences across our systems.
Carrier limitations. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on your carrier and location.
